When the cycling system uses a pure electric vehicle lithium battery pack, the charging of the battery will be terminated when the battery has not reached all the cut-off operating voltages of the lithium battery pack. This is because the power consumption or volume of individual strings in a lithium battery pack is not consistent. Those with high power consumption or small volume are charged first and then maintained by the lithium battery protection board, so that the rechargeable batteries of other strings can terminate the entire battery charging process before being fully charged.
In this case, a balanced charging head can be used to charge the batteries of the lithium battery pack to maintain consistent operating voltage for each string. If there is a significant difference in volume, it is necessary to replace the rechargeable battery with a significantly different one. But the key is that before assembling the lithium battery, it is necessary to conduct a volume check and matching of the lithium battery, otherwise it is not convenient to disassemble it in series.
Fourthly, the battery life is short.
The lithium battery pack in pure electric vehicles will quickly release current when applied because the rechargeable battery is not fully charged; The volume change of single string working voltage is significant; The micro short circuit fault of the lithium battery pack or the large amount of self discharge current of the lithium battery pack causes the power consumption of the lithium battery pack to be exhausted just after filling. For the above-mentioned defective rechargeable batteries, lithium batteries can be charged or replaced with defective rechargeable batteries.
