What are the precautions for using lithium batteries?
(1) Everyone uses batteries until they reach less than 5% before starting to charge, but this practice is actually incorrect. The concept of fully discharging before recharging is incorrect. The greater the discharge depth, the more times electric vehicles are used due to power loss, and the shorter the service life of 48V
lithium-ion batteries. Long term idle and storage are prohibited to prevent power outages. 48V lithium-ion batteries should not be used for a long time and should not be charged. In this way, the battery will be sulfated and the battery capacity will be greatly reduced.
(2) If the light does not light up after continuous charging for 10 hours, stop charging immediately and check if the lithium-ion battery temperature is hot. If the weather is hot, it should be sent for repair as soon as possible. If it cannot be sent for repair immediately, the total charging time should not exceed 8 hours, otherwise the battery may be damaged due to expansion and deformation. In high temperature environments, the reaction speed is fast when charging, so try not to charge in high temperature environments such as direct sunlight.

(3) When the 48V lithium-ion battery is idle, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent high temperature and humidity. Riding should be avoided as much as possible on rainy days. Even when riding, proper protection should be taken to prevent water from entering the lithium-ion battery. Do not tap, stab, step on, modify or sunbathe the battery. Do not place the battery in microwave, high voltage or other environments.
