1、 Cell detection and cell pairing
The required equipment includes a capacity tester and an automatic cell sorting machine.
Some friends may ask why there is still a need for cell testing and pairing when the battery cells purchased from outside have already been sorted by the battery cell factory. Isn't this unnecessary?
In fact, it is not the case. In theory, battery cell factories need to be kept at a constant temperature and humidity for more than 15 days before leaving the factory, but many battery cell factories do not carry out this process. Moreover, the transportation, loading, and unloading of battery cells can also have some impact on voltage and internal resistance to varying degrees. So, in order to ensure the consistency of the battery cells, it is necessary to perform automatic cell sorting.
Capacity tester: detects the cell capacity, rate, number of cycles, and whether it meets the usage requirements

2、 Lithium battery sticker machine for barley paper
The function of the automatic barley paper pasting machine is to insulate 18650 batteries. After sorting the battery cells, the next step is to use the barley paper machine to paste insulation surface pads for lithium batteries. The lithium battery is rotated to a fixed position, and then the cutting blade of the barley paper pasting machine itself will cut the barley paper, thus completing the process of pasting barley paper.
3、 Lithium battery spot welding machine
The barley paper has been pasted, the next step is to spot weld the lithium battery. After setting the parameters of the lithium battery spot welding machine, place the mold with the lithium battery installed on the spot welding machine operating platform. The spot welding machine performs spot welding according to the parameters you set. Generally speaking, as long as the front bracket is properly assembled, there will be no problem with welding it out. After spot welding in this way, the semi-finished lithium battery needs to be equipped with a lithium battery protection plate, and the lithium battery needs to be charged, discharged, and aged for testing.
4、 Finished product comprehensive tester
The lithium battery comprehensive testing equipment is a device that quickly and accurately tests the performance of finished batteries. The system uses a 32-bit ARM processor and a 16 bit AD converter for voltage and current. Compared with similar devices, it has faster testing speed, higher testing accuracy, and supports simultaneous operation of multiple devices. Widely used in the production and scientific research and experimental testing of power battery packs for automotive electronics, aerospace, ships, solar energy storage, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, backup power batteries, communication power supplies, etc.

5、 Finished product aging tester

6. Control system
The software system of the aging tester adopts the classic and mature C/S mode, with two communication methods: serial port and network. Serial port can achieve accurate communication among several instruments over short distances, while network can achieve accurate communication among multiple instruments over long distances. In network mode, one server can control up to 254 instruments, achieving unified operation of multiple instruments.
